	American Takii	A privately owned seed company that has been in business for over 160 years, exporting hybrid flower and vegetable seed to more than 120 countries in North and South America, Japan, Europe and Asia.
	De Ruiter	De Ruiter Seeds, Inc., a subsidiary of De Ruiter C.V. Holland, supplies vegetable seeds to the greenhouse industry and fresh market and processing tomato seed for the open field in North America. Offices are in Columbus, Ohio USA and Ontario CANADA. Variety development and seed production is carried out in Europe by De Ruiter C.V.
	Enza Zaden.	The company was founded in 1938 by Jacob Mazereeuw under the name ‘De Enkhuizer Zaadhandel’. It traded in open pollinated seed from vegetable seeds to flower seeds and seed potatoes. In 1959 the company started with plant breeding and the first crossings, and many to come, were made. The breeding work quickly led to success. The tomato variety ‘Extase’ (1961) became the first major market leader on the Dutch market, as well as enjoying popularity in a wide range of other countries.
	Hazera Genetics	Is Israel's leading seed company, founded over 60 years ago marketing in more than 50 countries. Hazera develops varieties over a wide range of climactic conditions and is involved in the breeding of pepper, cucumber, tomato as well as cotton and wheat.
	Nunhems	Nunhems traces its roots to 1845, when a small seed operation, the Plant Seed Company, opened for business in St. Louis, Missouri. In the ensuing years, the Company moved west and merged with several other seed companies, including Sunseeds, Keystone Seed, Desert Seed and Castle Seed. In 1997, Sunseeds became part of the Nunza B.V. group of companies, which markets the Nunhems brand throughout the world. 	D. Palmer Seeds	Duane Palmer, one of the original co-founders of Rio Colorado Seeds, founded D. Palmer Seed Co. in 1985. Several co-operations have been put together to create an extensive product line for DPS to offer its' dealers and thus to the growers of North America, as well as its International customers. DPS offers a wide selection of commercial vegetable varieties from breeding programs worldwide.
	Rijk Zwaan	Rijk Zwaan was founded in The Netherlands in 1924. A good start for a rich harvest is only possible with top quality varieties. To realise these goals RZ developed varieties in all different climate zones over the world. With breeding stations in The Netherlands, Spain, France, Turkey, Hungary, Australia and USA. Rijk Zwaan USA Inc. also covers the area USA, Canada and Mexico.
SAKATA	Sakata Seed Corporation	Became the first Japanese company to export seed and is still actively involved in development, breeding and distribution of new varieties of flower and vegetables in over 130 countries worldwide.
	Vilmorin	At over 250 years old Vilmorin is considered to be the oldest seed company in the world. With over 10 years in the North American markets as well as being an exclusive distributor for Nickerson-Zwaan they have an established reputation for quality.
